Professional approach

The work focuses on the disputed question rather than a formal description of the plot: exactly what needs to be proved, which documents support the position, where discrepancies exist and which conclusions may be useful in court or negotiations.

The examination analyses data from EGRN (the Russian Unified State Register of Real Estate), title documents, boundary survey materials, plans, diagrams, photographs, court case materials and information about the plot's actual use.

What matters in a land dispute

  • distinguish cadastral information from the actual position on the ground;
  • check the source documents, rather than only the current extract;
  • assess not only area, but also configuration, access and the location of buildings and fences;
  • formulate conclusions in language understandable to the court and the parties.

Involvement of specialists in relevant fields

If the task requires a geodetic, cadastral, construction or another specialist component, specialists in the relevant fields may be involved by agreement. This is particularly important for complex boundaries, several plots, disputed buildings or the need for a precise measurement component.
