What the work includes

The examination uses submitted documents, case materials, photographs and information about actual use of the land plot. Where necessary, a site visit and involvement of specialists in relevant fields for the measurement or geodetic component may be possible.

  • analysis of title documents and EGRN information;
  • examination of boundary survey materials, diagrams, plans and civil case materials;
  • comparison of the actual situation with documents;
  • assessment of overlaps, discrepancies and disputed areas;
  • preparation of conclusions in a format suitable for court proceedings or negotiations.

Possible questions

  • do the actual boundaries match EGRN information;
  • is there a boundary overlap and what is its area;
  • can the land plot be subdivided;
  • which options for resolving the conflict are technically feasible;
  • does the fence's position match the documents and actual use.
Important: an expert report is not a boundary survey plan and does not itself change EGRN information. Cadastral registration may require work by a cadastral engineer.

Pricing

from RUB 75,000. The exact price depends on the number of plots, volume of documents, need for a site visit and number of questions.
